According to the product overview page of Call of Duty: Ghosts, the Games on Demand version only supports French language in Belgium. I'm afraid that will be the only language option available for the downloaded game. Black ops 1 and 2 and I believe ghost as well have a bots mode. You can set up your own game and play. Bo1 it's training and you rank up and all like you would if playing online. Bo2 you can custom set up your own rules. I also believe there is an online training as well. You get half the xp but still rank up.
