44 is too big for most people. 40 looks perfect. The problem is the difference in battery size. After Watching reviews on youtube, i think that the difference is about 7-8 hours of battery ( which for me is a lot). They're good for checking texts and don't look silly on your wrist, but if you want serious health tracking look elsewhere. Preferably free as I play less than 12 rounds a year. Tried a couple in Dec 2021 and none seemed to work on the Watch 4.
